REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Marjan wear Clothing Store. We are sorry for the inconvenience. Our REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY last for 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase. We can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Overview

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The product is purchased in the last 7 days and in the original packaging

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • Products which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • Items which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items
  • Food, Flowers, Newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, Products on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods to the following address: P-25 Near Law Court Lahore Pakistan. We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery

Your Order Cancellation Rights:

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within a day without giving any reason for doing so. The deadline for canceling an Order is 1 day from the date on which You placed the order. YOU CAN NOT CANCEL AN ORDER AFTER 24 HOURS OF PLACING THE ORDER. In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return query. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email and send your item to the warehouse location.

Gifts

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping Returns:

To return your product, you should mail your product to our warehouse. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
